How to Submit a Complaint

To address your concerns promptly, please submit your complaint through one of the following methods:

  • Website Form: Complete the form at [insert URL].
  • Phone: Call our support line at [insert phone number] during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EDT).
  • Text: Reply to any SMS with “COMPLAINT” followed by a brief description.

To opt out of unwanted texts, reply “STOP” to any message.

Information to Include

To resolve your complaint efficiently, provide:

Your contact details (name, phone number, or email).

A brief description of the issue, including dates and specifics.

Any relevant screenshots or evidence.

Our Process

  • Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 2 business days via email or SMS.
  • Investigation: We will review your complaint, which may include contacting you for more information. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.
  • Resolution: We will respond with our findings and any actions taken. If unsatisfied, you may request further review by emailing our president Amy Santos.

We handle all complaints fairly and confidentially, in compliance with applicable laws, including the TCPA. We do not share your personal information with third parties during the complaint process, except as required by law.
